In 2011, within the context of a restructuring of the Group, the digital area was reduced to InfoPortugal – Desenvolvimento e Produção de Conteúdos Georreferenciados, Olhares, which owns the largest photography portal in Portuguese, and DGSM. Subsequently, in 2012, DGSM was sold to Nonius Software, in exchange for a 15.06% stake, which provides HSIA and hospitality services to the hotel industry. Nonius Software's stake was sold in 2015.
