In 2014, as a part of its digital expansion, EXPRESSO launches “EXPRESSO Diário”, a daily newspaper only available online, for subscribers and buyers of the paper version. It quickly becomes a success and, in less than two years, EXPRESSO's number of digital customers exceeds the 17 thousand mark, representing roughly 20% of its total distribution.
At the end of 2014, SIC launches its first channel exclusively dedicated to Portuguese speaking African markets – DSTV Kids –, exclusively for the DSTV platform.
